Our property on South Lake Drive in Antioch, CA is finally in contract to sell! We have had it on the market since the market turned for the worst October 2005. We bought it in horrible condition with the plan to remodel and sell it for a higher price. Well, instead we remodeled it and carried the extra mortgage payments the whole while and now we are selling it for less than we bought it for. That is the risk you take with investments, I guess. You win some and you loose some.
