Halloween 2012

We started out our October right by decorating for the season!

Unfortunately, we were thrown a curve ball and Mackenzie caught Hand Foot Mouth disease which prevented us from doing much.  Except try to keep everything sanitary and prevent it from spreading.  It didn't work.  Callie and Braden also got it eventually got it.  And at the same time we had a cold go through the family, leaving Jason with a sinus infection and Callie with ear infections.

We did get an exciting doorbell ditch one night.  The kids were pretty excited and it helped take their minds off the illnesses for a while.

It requested that we pay it forward and "Boo" two more friends.  As soon as we were better we made some cookies and gift baskets to give out.

It was funny watching them try to sneak to the doors and run away.  They were so excited that I think they ran before they even made sure the doorbell rang.

Braden worked on his "boo" face by loosing half the teeth in his mouth!

We went to the pumpkin patch.  It was only a week after Ryder was born.  Each of the kids picked out a pumpkin.  They went on the hay ride and saw the animals.  They sang song in the barn.

We even bought a gigantic $20 pumpkin for Ryder.  We hollowed it out and put him in it for a picture.  Being our only fall newborn, it was a fun photo to pose him in.

We carved all of our pumpkins the night before Halloween.

The kids got dressed up for a Halloween Party at the Whites house, school parties, Trunk or Treat at the church, and Trick or Treating around the neighborhood.

They look so cute. I wish I could have stayed long enough to go to the pumpkin patch. Ryder is so much bigger now.
