We saw some unusual lake life this year - a turtle and some deer swimming in the lake! Jason swam after the turtle and caught it! I wish Sadie and Braden could have seen it. All in all we had a good time and cant wait for next year!

Houseboat Trip 2008
My blog has been in a posting drought so I am working on catching it up. Jenna took most of the pictures of our annual Labor Day Houseboat trip. The weather was a little windy for 2 of the days but on those days we had lots of laughs with our new boating activity: Tube wars! We had 4 tubes tied up behind the boat at once... Brian only got tangled up in the ropes and nearly lost his leg once. Good times...
