Sadie and Braden have caught another bug. It seems someone gets sick a couple times a month in this house. Sadie came down with a fever on Friday, Braden's fever started Sunday. But Sadie must have pneumonia along with it, she has been breathing very fast and heavy and has a horrible cough. Because she is so skinny, she gets frail very easily and it is even harder than normal to get her to eat and drink.
Sleeping is somewhat of a luxury for me, especially lately. Checking temperatures and administering medicines throughout the night, calming upset children and trying to make sure Jason gets his sleep so that he isn't too tired to get his work done. I remember when I was the only person I had to worry about and I slept when and how long I wanted.....
And now as I come to 100 days of pregnancy left, I realize this is only the beginning. I am starting to get to the part when sleeping isn't comfortable and I have to go to the bathroom a couple times a night. And then there will be night time feedings for the new baby. I hope I cut it as a mother to 3! Hopefully Sadie decides sleeping in her own bed is a good idea and Braden stops waking up during the night looking for his sippy cup and blankie.

Sorry to hear you guys are sick! Also sorry I didn't call ya back last week. Things have been a little crazy. And I'm not going to lie-- its SUPER hard to be a mommy of 3 little ones- but if I can do it, you TOTALLY can do it. I'm here for ya if you need me!
I don't know how true that statement is, "super mom", but thanks for the vote of confidence. :)
Holy cow! I don't know how you do it! If I don't get my 8 hours I am so crabby! I know what you mean about sick kids though... can't avoid that. I am preparing myself for the middle-of-the-night feedings again soon too!
