Baseball season is over and Braden received his first Game Ball and Trophy to remember it by! I think he was both sad and glad for it to end. He had fun doing it, but got a little wore out with it too, since practices were twice a week and usually one game on the weekend. He started out the season really knowing nothing about the sport since we had never taken him to a game, watched it on TV, or played it with or without him before. By the end, he had it all figured out.
He was a little disinterested with all the waiting for the ball when he was in out field (we actually saw him attempting to stand on his head at one point during a game, but usually he would be messing around with his hat or mitt, picking at bugs or flowers, etc.) but understood what the objectives were of the game and could hit the ball almost every time with out the T. The last game of the season the kids were really into it and were chanting their team mate's name whenever they went out to bat. It was so cute when Braden went out and they were all cheering his name he forgot to watch the ball and just turned completely around to see the kids. It really made his day and he got so pumped, he had one of his best hits that time!
The all time favorite part of Baseball for Braden: End of game snack!

Still can't believe Cade and Braden were on the same team with the same shirts but in different states!
